2008 Fantasy Baseball Sleepers
Hiroki Kuroda - Los Angeles Dodgers - P - Another Japanese pitching star could be found right here, 13-6 just a 1.85 ERA in Japan with 144 K's in just under 200 innings.
Matt Diaz - Atlanta Braves - OF - Not a young star at age 30 but finally with a full time starting role his for the taking this season we could see him be a great story and have a strong season.
Jason Bartlett - Tampa Bay Rays - SS - Could be a steal as he goes to the Rays who are aggressive on the bases so SB's could be up from 23 last season, potential .300 type hitter to be sure.
Zack Greinke - Kansas City Royals - P - Zach has battled some personal issues but seems to have them behind him. His stuff is spectacular, with any kind of team around him he'd be a Cy Young candidate. Still even with KC some impressive numbers are likely.
Travis Buck - Oakland Athletics - OF - Solid season possible as he will get his chance most likely this season. Not a big career sample to go on but we like what we've seen and read about this guy.
